My stay at the hotel was overall wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist. The two-bedroom pool room was perfect for families, with great amenities and excellent food. I did experience some minor inconveniences, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The views from the rooms were absolutely stunning, and the modern and high-tech amenities added to the overall experience. Prateek from the Bar Lounge provided excellent service, and Mr. Vitobhen from the reception desk was incredibly helpful. The unique and comfortable room design made us feel right at home. this hotel surpassed all expectations and provided outstanding customer service.
Misrepresented room on the website with no view and zero privacy on the terrace.

the apartment was very spacious, and the view from the 52nd floor was amazing. the outside terrace area was very large. mrs. sheryl in the reception with her great smile and great overwhelming responses. free valet service and modern entrance and lobby area.
Couldn't recommend more.

i loved the location of the hotel, the pool had a nice view and the bathtub is just amazing. privacy was an important factor to me and this place satisfied my expectations to this. we had a chance to stay at five jumeirah village. hotel benefits with great location to access the best leisure hotel they loved it as they were visiting key locations on a daily basis and therefore they had an easy access everywhere. the most amazing feature is their swimming pool. its wonderful for relaxing and enjoying drinks. the food was excellent. the breakfast was plentiful and great quality. we had a buffet dinner in the turn up restaurant which gave a great selection of well-cooked dishes. special mention must be made of the barman in the turn up, mr jai. he was extremely courteous and his cocktails were fantastic. fresh and imaginative, they complemented the surroundings perfectly.

The sky pool villa's view was breathtaking, and the mini pool with beautiful lights at night was a highlight. The comfortable loungers and well-maintained amenities made it ideal for groups of friends. Room service was helpful and provided delicious food, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Felt truly looked after, no reason to complain.
